The hotel is located in a complex of sports facilities (stadium with a tartan athletics track, tennis courts) close to Park Zwierzyniecki. This makes it ideal for walking and outdoor activities. It offers 81 beds in 1 -, 2 -, 3 -, 4 – person rooms (bathroom, TV Sat., WIFI, telephone), restaurant, free parking.

The hotel is located in a building designed by Juliusz Nagórski and built in 1934-1935. It was opened in July 1935. The building was famous for its clubrooms and large banqueting halls, a harbor with boathouses, and terraces.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Białe.
